What this form is for
- Factual corrections — wrong price, jurisdiction, datacenter, broken link.
- Right of reply — provider responses to anything we've published.
- Provider suggestions — a vendor you think we should review (with a public source).
- Press inquiries, takedown requests, partnership questions.
For structured incident or change reports with specific fields, use /report instead — same backend, different form layout.

Messages go directly to the editorial team's secure messaging channel — no third-party form processor, no email forwarding, no analytics. We delete the message after the inquiry is closed (typically 7-30 days). You may submit without a reply address; we still read the message but cannot reply.
